KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or other communication channels Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available offers Build customer confidence through professional and consultative communication Meet or exceed sales, quality, and productivity targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate Good English communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills Willing to work onsite in Davao City Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
