Customer Service Representative - Healthcare account

About the role You will be the friendly voice helping podiatry clinics seamlessly schedule appointments with their podiatrists. In this role, you will join our vibrant team at Six Eleven Global Services as an Inbound Patient Support Agent. Key responsibilities
- Assist podiatry clinics by handling inbound calls and booking patient appointments efficiently
- Deliver warm, professional, and empathetic care to every single caller
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable navigating computers and digital scheduling tools
- An independent thinker who can work effectively with minimal supervision
- Previous BPO or medical industry background is a major plus
- Can work in our Ma-a, Davao City site night shift (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time *may be subject to change)
- Performance Commission: Earn up to Php 6,000 total monthly commission based on your performance
- Regular Increases: USD $20 salary increase every 6 months for up to 4 years.
