You'll communicate with customers to understand their concerns, provide accurate travel information, and help them find appropriate solutions. This role is a good fit for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and learning about the travel and hospitality industry. What You Will Do Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email Assist customers with flight bookings and hotel reservations Process itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requests Provide accurate information regarding travel schedules, policies, and available options Help customers resolve booking and service-related concerns Maintain professional and helpful communication throughout every customer interaction Accurately document customer interactions and transactions Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards Follow account procedures and travel-related guidelines Qualifications High School or Senior High School graduate; college-level applicants and graduates are welcome With or without BPO or call center experience are welcome to apply Good English communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service and communication skills Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications Good problem-solving and multitasking skills Willing to work onsite in Davao City Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays when required Training and Work Setup Onsite position in Davao City Paid training provided Travel account training and onboarding support Shifting schedules may include weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays Opportunities to develop customer service and travel-related skills Why Apply for a Travel Account?
