1 DAY HIRING PROCESS

- Online Assessment – 10 to 15 minutes
- Initial Interview – around 10 minutes
- Final Interview – 10 to 15 minutes

INTERVIEW HOURS
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS
- Open to applicants with no BPO experience
- Strong communication skills
- High School / Senior High School / College graduates accepted
SALARY PACKAGE
- College Graduate – ₱25,500
- HS / SHS Graduate with less than 12 months experience – ₱27,000
- HS / SHS Graduate with 12 months or more experience – ₱29,000
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer customer inquiries related to retail products and services
- Provide assistance with orders, billing questions, and product information
- Maintain professionalism while handling customer concerns
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
