Customer Service Representative - Retail

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and addressing complaints.
- Assist customers in selecting products and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of store promotions and policies to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level, no previous experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require standing for extended periods.
