Campus Recruitment/ Global Learning Coordinator

The Campus Recruitment/ Global Learning Coordinator unctions similarly to a business development role. It requires the ability to establish local partnerships and conduct public speaking during school orientations, in addition to standard administrative task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Recruitment Strategies
- Develop Promotional Materials
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with educational institutions by securing comprehensive Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs).
- Establish and Maintain Relationships
- Organize and Participate in Outreach Activities
- Attend college career fairs
- Advertise our current job openings to both online and offline alumni communities, leveraging these networks to reach potential candidates who may be well-suited for our roles.
- Conduct Market Research
- Assist with Orientation Programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–2+ years of experience in campus recruitment or university relations.
- With established connections with universities, colleges, and schools.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating job fairs and campus events.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and networking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft/Google Office and familiar with recruitment tools
