Pilates Instructor

Requirements:
- A graduate of Physical Therapy (licensed or unlicensed)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, movement principles, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and professional class environment
- One or more years of experience teaching in a studio, gym, or rehabilitation setting.
- Certified Pilates Instructor through a recognized training program or willing to be trained as a Pilates Instructor if not yet certified
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts fitness classes (both individual and group sessions), available online and in-person.
- Collaborates with clients to establish shared fitness goals and tracks their progress.
- Maintains and organizes appointments using the Easy Client scheduling system.
- Supports social media marketing initiatives.
- Provides assistance with front desk/reception duties when necessary.
- Demonstrated experience teaching mat and/or equipment-based Pilates classes
- Interest in continuing education and staying updated on Pilates and wellness trends
- Carries out additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
