Python Programming Trainer (Part-Time)

Job description:
We are currently seeking a part-time trainer to conduct our Python Programming Essentials and Python Django in-person class. The training consists of four (4) sessions/days, typically scheduled from Friday to Monday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Classes are held once a month to minimize conflicts with regular office hours.
Key Functions:
- Develop comprehensive training curriculum for Python, covering foundational concepts, advanced techniques, and best practices.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to an in-person platform.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, code examples, and other resources to support the learning process.
- Design and deliver engaging Python training sessions for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.
- Guide participants through practical coding exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios to enhance their hands-on skills.
- Monitor and assess participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and address questions and challenges effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and related technologies, and incorporate relevant updates into training content.
- Assist in the customization of training programs to meet specific client needs.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees during and after the training programs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience working as a Python Developer
- Proven experience as a Python Trainer, Instructor, or similar role is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language, Django Framework and its libraries
- Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
Compensation Package: Php 2,500 per session depending on qualifications (Tax Free)
