Description - Develop and implement creative dance lesson plans for various skill levels.
- Instruct students in various dance styles while ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their dance skills.
- Organize performances and showcase events for students to demonstrate their progress.
- Maintain a safe and inspiring classroom environment promoting creativity and collaboration.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in dance instruction or coaching.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coaching abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for dance and ability to inspire students.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage different age groups and skill levels effectively.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work evenings and weekends for classes and performances.
