Instructor Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes • Mentor other employees to provide communication coaching support • Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations • Provide communication coaching and training support to other businesses OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 2 years of F&A experience, i.e., PTP or RTR or OTC • Individual Contributor • Preferred (but not required) / Advantage: • Experience in writing DTPs • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) • Training experience
