Your job
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with B2B customers and transport suppliers via Zendesk
- Check booking quality and confirm transport details meet operational requirements
- Escalate disruptions and resolve issues within agreed service times (SLAs)
- Follow our standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately across all tasks
- Spot inefficiencies in how we work and flag them to the Operations Supervisor
- Work closely with our Manila and Netherlands operations teams across shifts
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree
- Comfortable with rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Fast and accurate on a computer (you’ll take a short practical test in the first interview)
- Able to learn and remember processes quickly
- Proactive, a natural problem-solver and a team player
- Travel expense and parking reimbursement: we cover a portion of your travel expenses and parking at the office.
- Experience our service: use our cab service twice a year yourself, anywhere in the world.
