Position Summary
The Role
INA Prime Solutions' mission is to empower businesses through seamless outsourcing solutions, leveraging a skilled workforce to drive operational excellence and client success.
As a key member of the Finance Department, you will process and manage outgoing payments accurately and on time, including verifying and reconciling invoices, maintaining vendor records, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and resolving payment discrepancies to support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Payable Management
Work on various supplier invoices and month-end responsibilities as needed.
Pay suppliers per terms and maintain company controls.
Respond to supplier/client inquiries through email promptly.
Perform Statement reconciliations.
Coordinate with other departments and with other responsibilities in Finance to ensure accurate recording and control of the company’s finances and information.
Complete Finance Receivable tasks and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Finance Discrepancy Resolution
Investigate discrepancies between invoices, payments, and credit notes.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to clarify and resolve any mismatches or errors.
Document discrepancy issues and follow through to resolution to maintain account accuracy.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's or a College Degree in Accounting; Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiarity with accounting systems and tools is an advantage.
Must work well independently in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Strong prioritization skills to meet established deadlines
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency in efficient time management and adept task prioritization
Ability to conduct internet research with demonstrated computer skills
Highly detail-oriented with an ability to concentrate for an extended period of time.
