Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! You’ll support customers through phone, email, and chat by answering inquiries, providing product information, and troubleshooting technical concerns. We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and basic computer proficiency.
Main Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls regarding account details, product information, and order updates.
Explain company policies, service offerings, and account options clearly to clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues in a calm, professional manner.
Resolve concerns promptly, aiming to fix issues on the initial contact.
Maintain clean and accurate records of all customer interactions and account changes.
Qualifications
