Job Description (General)
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email (account-dependent)
- Provide accurate and professional customer support
- Follow simple workflows with full training provided
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No call center experience required
- Customer-facing experience is an advantage
- (Retail, Fast Food, Hotel, Sales, Service Crew, etc.)
- Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
- Coachable, trainable, and eager to learn
