• Non-Voice and Blended Accounts – Subject to Availability
(Account assignment will depend on assessment results and business needs.)
Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate product, billing, or technical support information
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions properly in the system
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Follow company policies and data privacy guidelines
No Experience? That’s Okay!
If you’ve worked in jobs where you talk to customers, you already qualify.

- Service Crew

- Fresh SHS / College Grad with good communication skills

Qualifications
Senior High School Graduate
No BPO experience required
Good English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Eton Ortigas
Open to shifting schedules
