Company Profile: A manufacturing company specialized in wiring harnesses and wire for automobiles Position: Purchasing Senior Officer Work Location: Hermosa, Bataan Work Schedule: Mon-Saturday Work Set-Up: Onsite Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, building construction, fabrication processes, and bill of materials (BOM) evaluation.
- With experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related function.
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
- Capable of handling sourcing activities and evaluating technical specifications of materials and equipment.
- Manage procurement and purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services.
- Evaluate supplier quotations, technical specifications, and bill of materials to support purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding project and operational material requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliable deliveries.
- Monitor inventory requirements and recommend purchasing strategies to support business operations.
- Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, and other related documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
