Job Title: Senior Accountant
Work Setup: Work from Home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
Salary Package: 85,000.00 php - 120,000.00 php (negotiable - depending on qualifications)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 yrs + experience in Australian Taxation
- At least 2 yrs experience as a tax compliance accountant for an Australian Accounting Firm
- Experience with managing multiple clients
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to deal with deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Adaptability to various client needs
- Efficient and readily available
- Software: Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Dext, FYI Docs, Supermate, How Now electronic workpapers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare BAS/IAS returns
- Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets and depreciation schedules for business clients
- Prepare and lodge Income Tax Returns for Indviduals, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships
- Review client accounting records in MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, etc. to provide accurate and timely management reports
- Superannuation data entry and preparation of financial statements and tax return for audit
- FBT returns if capable
- Providing assistance in relation to a range of taxation matters including FBT, CGT, income tax and GST
