Account Receivable Associate (Plaridel Bulacan)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday compressed work week
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and record customer payments (checks, bank transfers, online payments)
- Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare AR aging reports and assist in collections activities
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding billing issues
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in audit requirements and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software SAP HANA
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
