Sales & Adminstration Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales & Adminstration Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly Actual Sales and Forecasted Cost Provision Report (Project Orders);
- To provide effective supervision and coaching for Sales Coordinator and Shipping Clerk;
- To assist sales personnel to reply the email correspondence with all the assigned project based customers;
- To assist sales personnel to prepare the Quotation and Pro-forma Invoice or Sales Contract for project based customers;
- To monitoring the sales related documents filling & compiling system;
- To prepare and update the Forecasted and Actual Cost Report for the on hand project where applicable;
- To update & verify the monthly KRA for Sales Coordinator and Shipping Clerk;
- Departmental Objective Evaluation Report (Project Orders);
- To prepare the costing on the enquiries and cost provision for the confirmed project order to Jurusanwa;
- To verify Job Docket to the production after confirmation order and receipt of payment term;
- Monthly Forecasted Sales and Cost Provision Report (Project Orders);
- Upon confirmation of project order, to assist sales personnel establishing the Master Door Schedule based on the site plan if necessary;
- Master Delivery Schedule;
- Monthly Personal Report;
- To assist sales personnel in preparing the technical shop drawing where necessary for submission to customers.
Requirements:
- Interested in Timber Industry;
- Good spoken and written in English and Malay, outgoing and aggressive personality;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Knowledge in Auto CAD and ERP would be added advantages;
- Min Diploma / Degree holder with 1 – 2 years working experience preferably in Wood Manufacturing environment;
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
