Our company is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Orders;
  • Sales Liaison;
  • Invoicing;
  • Follow-up of outstanding payments regularly and reports to the management;
  • Co-ordination of workflow;
  • Cost Accounting;
  • Reporting of order / project status related to your work in progress into the defined reporting structure and tools;
  • Manage customer quotations, order confirmation, invoicing in SAP and prepare tender documents based on request from Customers;
  • reporting;
  • Monitor customer’s credit limits;
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Account Managers and other team members in achieving the group’s targets and objectives;
  • Reply to customer demands and requirements through verbal and written correspondence in timely manner;
  • Issue purchase orders request to the related department and follow up internally;
  • Manage proactively and consolidate the outputs from various departments;
  • Prepare bank guaranties, Letters of Credit, INCOTERMS and Manage Export Control process.

Requirements:

  • Language(s): English;
  • Minumun level of education: Grade 12 /N4 (Matric);
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes;
  • Availability for travel: Yes;
  • Own reliable Car and driver’s license;
  • Reliable Transport;
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate;
  • Computer Literate (Excel, ERP System);
  • Excellent work ethics, and committed to quality;
  • Computer Literate (Excel,Word and Powerpoint);
  • Has 6 months to 2 years of related experience;
  • Have good written and oral communication skills;
  • College graduate in Business Administration.
