Sales Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Orders;
- Sales Liaison;
- Invoicing;
- Follow-up of outstanding payments regularly and reports to the management;
- Co-ordination of workflow;
- Cost Accounting;
- Reporting of order / project status related to your work in progress into the defined reporting structure and tools;
- Manage customer quotations, order confirmation, invoicing in SAP and prepare tender documents based on request from Customers;
- reporting;
- Monitor customer’s credit limits;
- Collaborate with the Sales/Account Managers and other team members in achieving the group’s targets and objectives;
- Reply to customer demands and requirements through verbal and written correspondence in timely manner;
- Issue purchase orders request to the related department and follow up internally;
- Manage proactively and consolidate the outputs from various departments;
- Prepare bank guaranties, Letters of Credit, INCOTERMS and Manage Export Control process.
Requirements:
- Language(s): English;
- Minumun level of education: Grade 12 /N4 (Matric);
- Availability for change of residence: Yes;
- Availability for travel: Yes;
- Own reliable Car and driver’s license;
- Reliable Transport;
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate;
- Computer Literate (Excel, ERP System);
- Excellent work ethics, and committed to quality;
- Computer Literate (Excel,Word and Powerpoint);
- Has 6 months to 2 years of related experience;
- Have good written and oral communication skills;
- College graduate in Business Administration.
