Safety Officer/ Team Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Monitor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and employee safety training.
- Assist in investigating workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases.
- Prepare safety reports and perform regular on-site safety monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Senior High School graduate or College Level.
- With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training/Certificate (SO2).
- Relevant experience in safety, production, construction, manufacturing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in workplace safety practices, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills; willing to work on-site.
