Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting clients, answering inquiries, providing information about services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR will handle customer concerns professionally and support daily operations of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and accommodate customers in a professional manner
- Respond to client inquiries through chat, calls, or in-person
- Explain company services, promotions, and packages
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Support branch operations and coordinate with the team
- Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School or College level
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or sales experience is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Willing to work in Monumento, Caloocan
