We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Chat Support Agent to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support via chat or email. This role is perfect for candidates who prefer written communication over calls while delivering excellent customer service.
Job Type: Full-Time | Shifting Schedule
Location: Within Metro Manila

• High School graduate (college level or degree is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
• Customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
• Amenable to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
