Field Customer Service Representative

Description - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule services while ensuring that customer expectations are met.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline operations.
- Utilize Salesforce and other technical tools to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for back office support.
Requirements
- WILLING TO WORK ON FIELD
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customer service, scheduling, problem solving, and technical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in back office support and call center operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
