Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
• Make outbound calls when required.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Meet performance metrics such as attendance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (depending on account requirements).
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• BPO experience is an advantage but not always required.
