Freelance Sales and Marketing Assistant

About the role
The Freelance Marketing and Sales Assistant supports the Company's sales and marketing activities through remote client engagement, creating new business opportunities, digital marketing, and business development initiatives. The role focuses on converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, maintaining client relationships, and strengthening the Company's online presence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
I. Sales and Business Development
Respond to client inquiries through social media, email, phone, and other channels.
Identify and prospect potential clients through online research, referrals, and field visits when agreed upon.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking documents using approved Company rates.
Follow up on leads and quotations to secure bookings and meet agreed sales targets.
Build relationships with clients, event organizers, venues, and business partners.
Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with Operations regarding equipment availability and event requirements.
II. Marketing and Digital Promotion
Manage the Company's social media accounts and online presence.
Create and schedule promotional content, including posts, photos, videos, and reels.
Respond to online comments and inquiries professionally.
Develop marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor engagement and report on marketing performance.
III. Customer Service
Maintain professional client communication from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Address client concerns and coordinate with the appropriate department.
Gather client feedback and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
IV. Administrative and Reporting
Maintain digital records of inquiries, quotations, bookings, and marketing activities.
Update the Company's sales database and submit agreed accomplishment reports.
Monitor pending leads, quotations, and client follow-ups.
Coordinate billing and collection follow-ups with the appropriate personnel.
