Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive exceptional customer experience through high-touch interaction, providing outstanding service and clear communication
• Serve as a key point of contact, expertly guiding customers to find the products they desire
• Provide knowledgeable advice to support purchasing decisions
• Handle customer feedback with care and process transactions accurately
• Contribute to efficient store operations through inventory support, including receiving and stocking
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Graduate or College Level
• Experience in retail store operations is an advantage
• Ability to memorize prices and product knowledge
• Flexible, energetic, and hardworking
• Strong team player
• Willing to undergo training
