Logistics and Warehouse Officer
Full-time

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, organization, safety, and proper storage of all HVAC products and materials.
Experience in coordinating with local and international suppliers, customs brokers and freight forwarders.
Familiar with import and export shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Commercial invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and other related documents.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, handling, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and other departments regarding stock and delivery requirements.
Graduate of Customs Administration or any business-related course
At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
Experience in HVAC, construction supplies, or trading companies is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Organized, detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
Good communication and coordination skills.
