- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Achieve sales goals by promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves or displays as needed.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making accurate change.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
