Citiworks Manpower Resources Corp.
-Welcome and assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and optical products.
-Explain product features, prices, promotions, and lens options.
-Recommend frames and lenses based on customer preferences and prescriptions.
-Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of product displays.
-Monitor inventory and restock merchandise as needed.
-Assist with basic administrative tasks and appointment scheduling.
-Coordinate with the optometrist and other staff to ensure smooth customer service.
-Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service professionally.
-Meet individual and store sales targets.
-At least Senior High School graduate (College level is an advantage).
-With or without sales experience (retail experience is preferred).
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
-Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
-Neat, presentable, and professional appearance.
-Willing to be assigned to any branch as needed.
