A Sales Associate assists customers in selecting products or services, provides excellent customer service, and ensures a positive shopping experience. They maintain the sales floor, handle transactions, and contribute to meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs.
Provide product information and make recommendations.
Proven experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require additional training.
