- Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting bridal gowns and accessories.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable options.
- Conduct fittings and provide styling advice to ensure the perfect look for each bride.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and fitting rooms.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and stress-free experience.
- Process transactions accurately and handle payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fashion or retail is a plus.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or luxury fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of style and understanding of bridal fashion trends.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and empathy.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
