Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Qualities and Traits: A strong problem-solver with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
