Position: Warehouse Administration Supervisor
Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm
Location: Laguna Technopark Biñan, Laguna
Salary: Php28,000 – Php35,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
- Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
- Knowledgeable in ERP systems are advantage
- Willing to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic components
- Prepares and analyzes daily and weekly warehouse performance and inventory reports using MS Excel for management review
- Ensures compliance with handling procedures for fragile and sensitive electronic components to minimize damage and loss
- Conducts cycle counts, investigates inventory variances, and coordinates corrective actions with operations teams
- Maintains accurate inventory records using barcode systems and portable data terminals
