Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials and supplies
- Verify quantities and conditions of items based on delivery documents
- Properly label, store, and organize raw materials and finished products
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts
- Prepare and release materials to production with complete documentation
- Conduct basic quality checks prior to issuance or delivery
- Coordinate with production, accounting, and logistics regarding inventory concerns
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related course is an advantage)
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage but open to fresh graduates
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation
- Physically fit and willing to perform warehouse-related tasks
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
