Quality Systems Assistant

Job Description
- Assists in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable standards.
- Manages document control activities, including issuance, revision, distribution, and archiving of controlled documents.
- Ensures compliance with documents retention and record management requirements.
- Supports the preparation and coordination of internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Assists in investigating quality issues by gathering data and preparing documentation.
- Monitors the status of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up with responsible departments.
- Assists in preparing quality reports, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinates employee training records related to quality systems and compliance requirements.
- Supports the implementation of process improvements and quality initiatives.
- Assists in investigating quality issues by gathering data and preparing documentation.
- Performs administrative tasks related to the Quality Department.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
- At least one (1) year work-related experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
- Experience with internal auditing and corrective action processes is preferred.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
