Description - Design, implement, and maintain system configurations for various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Ensure system security and data integrity through regular updates and backups.
- Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in system engineering or a related role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in ERP systems and related technologies
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to document system processes and provide comprehensive reports
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities
- Working Conditions: May require availability outside of standard working hours for system updates and maintenance
