Quality Engineer

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using quality management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and streamline processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions to enhance product performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the quality assurance process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in quality management software and testing methodologies.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing product quality.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude towards teamwork.
