Job Overview: Ensures accurate government compliance, supporting payroll processes, and coordinating employee training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or HR Management (preferred)
- 2+ years HR experience (Comp & Ben focused).
- Must know: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN processing.
- Experience in Training coordination is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Baguio City
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and documentation.
- Assist with payroll (overtime, billing records).
- Coordinate training schedules and liaise with providers.
- Support COO on government compliance tasks.
- Prepare memos, assist in employee investigations, and ensure policy compliance.
- Organize company events and travel requests.
