About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate employee compensation data, administering company benefits, and supporting smooth monthly payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee enrollment, updates, and terminations for government statutory benefits.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding leaves, and perks.
- Audit employee attendance, overtime, leave credits, and deductions to ensure accurate payroll preparation.
- Assist in final pay calculations and tax documentation for offboarding staff.
- Update and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
- Coordinate with benefit vendors and insurance providers regarding claims processing and coverage renewals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Statistics, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant HR/Payroll internship or work experience.
- Must be currently residing in Pasig City or neighboring areas with a manageable daily commute to Ortigas.
