Customer Service Representative – ANZ & Domestic Account
Accounts Available:
- ANZ Account (Australia & New Zealand)
- Domestic Account (Local Account)
Work Setup:
Onsite | Shifting Schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with billing, account concerns, products, and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
Qualifications:
- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Must have at least 6 months of Call Center Experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
