Description - Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: No experience required, but customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy.
- Skills and Competencies: Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
