Description - Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via various communication channels.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Assist in the development of training materials and update service manuals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Bilingual in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented personality.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment; may require flexibility in shifts.
