Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice, chat, email, or other supported communication channels.
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely assistance to Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in English and conversational Spanish.
- Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet established performance, productivity, and customer service metrics.
- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least a high school graduate.
- Conversational Spanish skills required; no advanced certification is necessary.
- Experience as a Bilingual Spanish CSR is preferred but not required.
- Must have at least one (1) year of BPO customer service experience.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City or Ortigas, Pasig City.
