Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in both English and Spanish, strong communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
