About the role
The Finance Officer ensures the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, maintaining compliance, and providing accurate reporting to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, track variances, and provide financial forecasts and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and coordinate with external auditors.
- Support project teams with financial analysis, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement systems to improve efficiency.
- Present financial data and insights clearly to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Working Hours
- Monday - Saturday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
