Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership and inventory management skills? We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, monitor inventory, and ensure the efficient flow of materials. Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising warehouse operations, inventory control, and material movement while ensuring timely coordination with internal teams and suppliers. This role also leads warehouse personnel and supports continuous operational efficiency. What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and coordinate with management
- Oversee CIC, JIT Call-off, and Oracle Clerk activities
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels
- Assist or act as a backup for CIC and JIT Call-off personnel when needed
- Monitor excess incoming materials based on production requirements
- Coordinate and escalate material shortages and critical parts issues
- Follow up with buyers and JIT vendors regarding critical parts and deliveries
- Analyze excess and slow-moving inventory for return, transfer, or disposal
- Prepare inventory projections and inventory reports
- Update weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Graduate of any 4-year related course
- Open to male or female applicants
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
