Warehouse Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and regular cycle counts
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Enforce warehouse safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, labor performance, and operational issues, in which it will all be reported to the management
- Resolve operational problems and handle staff issues as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
