Reservation Associate

- Assist customers in making reservations for accommodations, events, and services.
- Manage and confirm booking details while providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the reservation process.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions using the reservation system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote available services and special offers.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in reservation and booking software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
