Audit Associate

Hybrid Work Setup
This position follows a hybrid work arrangement , allowing you to work both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across assigned Anytime Fitness clubs.
- Review financial records, accounting documents, and internal control processes.
- Evaluate operational procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform audit testing and accurately document findings.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports with practical recommendations.
- Present audit findings to management and monitor corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Stay updated on auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist in special audit projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CIA certification is an advantage but not required.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
- Experience in retail, multi-branch, or franchise operations is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
- Willing to travel to assigned Anytime Fitness club locations as part of field audits.
