Audit Associate

Hybrid Work Setup

This position follows a hybrid work arrangement , allowing you to work both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across assigned Anytime Fitness clubs.
• Review financial records, accounting documents, and internal control processes.
• Evaluate operational procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform audit testing and accurately document findings.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports with practical recommendations.
• Present audit findings to management and monitor corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Stay updated on auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist in special audit projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CIA certification is an advantage but not required.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
• Experience in retail, multi-branch, or franchise operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Willing to travel to assigned Anytime Fitness club locations as part of field audits.
